For Philadelphia, the Experiential Development process allowed our partners to engineer new and unique, engaging experiences. The results provided visitors to Philadelphia with a deeper, richer experience and gave people multiple reasons to return to the city. The Experiential process is a must for destinations that want to create new experiences.
Thank you for the great work to make the Monterey County CVB’s Consumer Packaging initiative a great success. The 2011 revenue goals set for the project were surpassed in seven months which more than doubled booking revenues for all of 2010! I would highly recommend your services and look forward to our collaboration in the future.
Due to your work, the Corpus Christi CVB was able to accomplish in less than six months what takes most DMOs over a year to implement. We saw an 84 percent increase in bookings from 2011 to 2012. We look forward to Phase II to drive our shoulder season. I would highly recommend you to any DMO and look forward to our collaboration in the future.
Our local stakeholders were amazed at the new experiences. They were able to see the town with new eyes! Our visitors will be amazed!
Joe’s work helped us transform our experience and significantly expanded our business. This has created new stores and market opportunities. Our business has thrived!
This is the second time I have attended the Experience Lab in a new city. It’s re-energized my brain to want to do more!
I’m so glad I participated in the Experience Lab. It was inspiring to realize through the experiential process that amazing moments can be developed at all kinds of attractions. As a DMO representative, it was eye-opening to be in another destination and experience great offerings that make lasting impressions. Thanks Joe for making your inspiration available for all of us!
The Lab was extraordinary, it provided a comprehensive roadmap into the future of tourism product development and destination transformation.
Thank you for creating new visitor experiences that connect to our key attractions and our UNESCO Creative Cities’ designation. The experiences create economic development and provide an opportunity to share our assets and stories with visitors. I would highly recommend your Experiential process to destinations and Creative Cities around the world.
