Your work is genius! The process forced us to look at every aspect of our Haunted Jail tour and customer experience. The redesigned tour has generated great results and will affect how we design, craft, script and stage all our offerings.

For Philadelphia, the Experiential Development process allowed our partners to engineer new and unique, engaging experiences. The results provided visitors to Philadelphia with a deeper, richer experience and gave people multiple reasons to return to the city. The Experiential process is a must for destinations that want to create new experiences.
Thank you for the great work to make the Monterey County CVB’s Consumer Packaging initiative a great success. The 2011 revenue goals set for the project were surpassed in seven months which more than doubled booking revenues for all of 2010! Due to your work, the Corpus Christi CVB was able to accomplish in less than six months what takes most DMOs over a year to implement. We saw an 84 percent increase in bookings from 2011 to 2012.
